MadSync, LP will under absolutely no circumstances share the phone numbers, personal addresses, or electronic mail
addresses of any of its users, either with paid advertisers through our site or with business or nonprofit entities at
large. MadSync will also never send email to its users with the following:
- Requests to directly log in with account information.
- Requests for personal information.
- Direct email advertising not explicitly authorized by the user.
We are committed to fighting SPAM.
Under some circumstances we may use any uploaded photographic or other design material for
promotional purposes (see our terms for details). In every such case we will make an attempt to
contact the user who uploaded the content first in order to inform them of its use.
